The present invention is a vegetarian sauce which contains 0.03% ~ 0.05% of salted black beans, 15.1% ~ 18.6% of sweet flour sauce, 22.4% ~ 27.5% of vegetarian satay sauce, 22.4% ~ 27.5 of mixed sauce, 3.6% ~ 4.5% of salt, 7.3% ~ 9% of mushroom extra powder, 3.1% ~ 3.9% of chili oil, and 15.6% ~ 19.2% soy beans fiber. Therefore, after the abovementioned raw materials are mixed under normal temperature, the sauce is usable which attains an easy-using effect and provides the user another kind of vegetarian sauce.
