PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for imparting rich and thick milk flavor like a composition including a large amount of milk protein to a food and drink product, in particular to a milk product with a reduced use amount of milk protein and to provide a milk flavor enhancer which enhances the milk flavor of a food and drink product with a minimum addition amount without affecting other flavors.SOLUTION: The milk flavor enhancer includes galactooligosaccharide as active ingredient, with 0.01 to 1 mass part of whey mineral in terms of solid content relative to 1 mass part of galactooligosaccharide.
