PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glenoid component fixed to a glenoid surface of a blade bone.SOLUTION: A glenoid component comprises a main body part including a first surface which is adapted to contact a glenoid surface of a blade bone, and a second surface which is configured to receive a humeral head part. The glenoid component further comprises an anchor peg 40 for penetrating the glenoid surface of the blade bone for fixing the main body part to the glenoid surface of the blade bone. The anchor peg has a cylindrical shaft 42 extending from the first surface of the main body part, and a fin 60 fixed to the cylindrical shaft and extending outward therefrom.
