PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed for soft-shelled turtles which is palatable to soft-shelled turtles, and enables the taste, the fat, and the nutritive value of cultured soft-shelled turtles to be excellent, to provide a method for producing a cultured soft-shelled turtle, and to provide a method for increasing various amino acids in soft-shelled turtle flesh.SOLUTION: The invention provides feed for soft-shelled turtles obtained by adding the head of mantis shrimp which is a raw material derived from Oratosquilla oratoria to mixed feed, and a method for producing a cultured soft-shelled turtle comprising feeding the feed for soft-shelled turtles, and also a method for increasing amino acid in soft-shelled turtle flesh by feeding the feed for soft-shelled turtles.
