PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-intake weir for a paddy field inexpensively and easily taking water into the paddy field with a minimum device and/or a minimum space by solving the following problem: in a water-intake method using a weir board for intake of water to the paddy field and securement of water level, the intake of water depends on manpower while the level of water in an existing water passage is varied prevention of water leakage through the circumference of the weir board is difficult setting of the weir board on a soil ridge has risk of outflow and setting or attachment/detachment of the weir board on a concrete ridge is complex.SOLUTION: The water-intake weir for a paddy field is structured and works as follows: a float is attached to the tip end lower part of the backmost part of the back part of a flexible pipe fixed to an introduction pipe from the existing water passage the float is pushed down by water to supply the water to the paddy field when the level of the water in the existing water passage rises, and the float is raised up to the water level of the paddy field to stop the flowout of the water from the paddy field when the level of the water in the existing water passage is lowered, so that the level of the water in the paddy field is automatically secured without affecting the level of the water in the existing water passage flanges are set to the introduction pipe and laid under the soil ridge or securely fixed to a concrete ridge with bolts, so that the device is not flown out and the water leakage is not caused when the water is swollen, even by any of the setting methods supply of the water to the paddy field and stop of the water is easily performed by pulling up strings set to both ends of the float to stop the water from the flexible pipe and the strings can be easily detached when the water supply is not necessary.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】既設用水路の水位は変化するが、水田へ給水と水位の確保に堰板による方法は給水は人で、また、堰板周辺からの水漏れ防止は難しく、土畦への設置は流失の恐れがあり、
