PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support image diagnosis by using a suitable CAD device according to whether there is a definite diagnosis and the result of definite diagnosis.SOLUTION: Patient information and a diagnostic purpose are inputted, associating the information associating diagnostic information including whether or not there has been a definite diagnosis and the result of the definite diagnosis of a patient and the diagnostic purpose with a plurality of lesion extraction parts capable of extracting a plurality of lesions of different kinds respectively is acquired, the diagnostic information of the patient is acquired on the basis of the inputted patient information, and whether or not the definite diagnosis has been made is discriminated from the diagnostic information. In the case of discriminating that there is a definite diagnosis, the lesion extraction part associated with the result of the definite diagnosis in the diagnostic information is determined. In the case of discriminating that there is no definite diagnosis, the lesion extraction part associated with the diagnostic purpose is determined.
