PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing dried persimmons using non-circulating air flow.SOLUTION: The method and apparatus for producing dried persimmons can produce dried persimmons of excellent quality with sugar content, flavor and color similar to those of dried persimmons produced by a natural drying method without providing a separate dehumidifying and refrigerating machine by immediately ejecting inflow air without circulating it after passing through a dried persimmon drying chamber although the drying chamber is continuously supplied with air flow in order to periodically repeat heating.
