To provide an adjusting assembly that enables a user to easily dress or undress an exoskeleton robot.SOLUTION: An adjusting assembly 80R comprises a first plate 31, a second plate 32 pivotably connected to the first plate 31 via a first shaft 35, and a second shaft 38. The first plate 31 includes pins P11, P12, P21, P22 aligned with each other in a first direction. The second shaft 38, extending in parallel to the first shaft 35 in the first direction, comprises a body and recesses R1, R2, R3. The second shaft 38 pivots to a first position to accommodate the pins P11, P12, P21, P22 in the recesses R1, R2, R3, and pivots to a second position to release the pins P11, P12, P21, P22 from the recesses R1, R2, R3.
