Benzopyran and benzoxepin compounds of Formulas I and II, and including stereoisomers, geometric isomers, tautomers, solvates, metabolites and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, are useful for inhibiting lipid kinases including p110 alpha and other isoforms of PI3K, and for treating disorders such as cancer mediated by lipid kinases. Methods of using compounds of Formulas I and II forin vitro,in situ, andin vivodiagnosis, prevention or treatment of such disorders in mammalian cells, or associated pathological conditions, are disclosed.式I與II之苯并哌喃與苯并氧呯化合物，且包括其立體異構物、幾何異構物、互變異構物、溶劑合物、新陳代謝產物及藥學上可接受之鹽，可用於抑制脂質激酶，包括p110α及PI3K之其他異構重組物，及用於治療藉由脂質激酶所媒介之病症，譬如癌症。本發明係揭示在哺乳動物細胞中使用式I與II化合物供活體外、原位及活體內診斷、預防或治療此種病症或有關聯病理學症狀之方法。
