摘要：: The present invention provides preparation methods of protein nanoparticles for in vivo delivery of pharmacologically active agents, wherein said methods are to encase pharmaceutically active agents into proteins or peptides to form nanoparticles by unfolding the protein, and subsequently refolding or assembling the protein to produce a pharmacologically active agent encased within a protein nanoparticle.本発明は薬理活性剤のインビボ送達用蛋白質ナノ粒子の製造方法を提供し、前記方法は蛋白質をアンフォールディングさせた後に前記蛋白質をリフォールディング又はアセンブリングさせて蛋白質ナノ粒子に封入された薬理活性剤を生成することにより、医薬活性剤を蛋白質又はペプチドに封入してナノ粒子を形成する。
