The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a cell culture scaffold, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing various kinds of cell culture scaffolds and the cell culture scaffold manufactured using the same. The apparatus for manufacturing the cell culture scaffold has a spray device with a nozzle part for spraying a solution which is supplied from a solution storage part and contains cells and biocompatible materials. The spray device allows the solution contained in the solution storage part into a screw part with a screw thread by applying air pressure and sprays the solution to the nozzle part by rotating the screw part, thereby uniformly spraying the solution. The spray device enables easy controlling of the amount of solution sprayed and simultaneously or sequentially sprays a plurality of solutions by mixing the solutions inside the screw thread of the screw part when the apparatus has a plurality of solution storage parts, and cures the solutions.본 발명은 세포배양스캐폴드 제조 장치 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 세포배양스캐폴드에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 용액저장부로부터 공급되며 세포와 생체적합재료로 구성된 용액을 분사하는 노즐부를 포함하는 분사수단에 있어서, 공압을 인가하여 상기 용액저장부에 저장된 용액을 나사산을 갖는 스크루부로 유입시킨 다음, 상기 스크루부를 회전시켜 상기 노즐부로 분사되도록 함으로써, 용액이 일정하게 분사되도록 할 수 있으며, 용액의 분사량을 제어하기 용이하고, 복수개의 용액저장부가 구비될 경우, 스크루부의 나사산 내부에서 용액이 혼합되도록 하여 복수개의 용액을 동시에 분사하거나 각각 순차적으로 분사하여 경화시킴으로써, 다양한 종류의 세포 배양 지지체를 제조할 수 있는 세포배양스캐폴드 제조장치 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 세포배양스캐폴드에 관한 것에 관한 것이다.
