CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for a cell culture support comprises a solution storage (110) storing a solution； a spraying device (100) including a nozzle unit (120) spraying the solution supplied from the solution storage； a heating means (130) for controlling the temperature of the solution stored in the solution storage； a collecting unit (200) equipped in a cylindrical shape in the lower part of the spraying device so that the solution sprayed through the nozzle unit of the spraying device is collected； a spraying position controller (300) controlling the spraying position by moving the spraying unit or the collecting unit to x, y and z directions； and a collecting position controller (400) including a fixed axis (410) combined and fixed to both ends of the collecting unit and a driver (420) rotating the fixed axis. The end of the fixed axis is a conical shape.
