PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cell culture scaffold is provided to cure a solution for the scaffold and to obtain three dimensional scaffold. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cell culture scaffold comprises: a step of placing a collection tablet(200) on the bottom of a collection tablet cask(220)； a step of injecting curing agent into the collection table cask； a step of spraying the solution onto the collection tablet and floating as high as first height to for a cell culture scaffold of a first layer； a step of injecting curing agent as high as second height； a step of spraying the solution as high as second height to form the cell culture scaffold of a second layer； and a step of repeating injection and floating.
