PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oligosaccharide-containing dressing which enables suitable continuous intake, above a certain amount of oligosaccharide.SOLUTION: The oligosaccharide-containing dressing contains oligosaccharide at a high concentration and is superior in appearance and solid state properties as dressing. The oligosaccharide-containing dressing is an emulsified dressing that contains 10 mass% or higher for the oligosaccharide, in terms of the solid content, 9 mass% or higher for water, and 20 mass% or higher for oil. The dressing, preferably, contains oligosaccharide solution as the oligosaccharide and contains 20 mass% or higher for the oligosaccharide solution.
