PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad type disposable diaper which, despite of securing a substantial absorption amount, when being laid on an outer inner surface in use, is mountable in a hard-to-leak state.SOLUTION: The pad-type disposable diaper comprises: a pair of left/right inside easily-bendable parts 235 that are provided along width-directional both side edges of a main absorption part 230 respectively a pair of left/right outside easily-bendable parts 236 that are provided width-directionally outward the inside easily-bendable parts 235 at some intervals apart from each other and extend in the front/rear direction and side absorption parts 231 that are provided width-directionally outward the outside easily-bendable parts 236 and at width-directionally central sides with respect to the root part of inner three-dimensional gathers 224, and incorporate absorbers 223.
