PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper having a post processing means which prevents fingers or other articles from being soiled with excretion from a leg part opening.SOLUTION: A pair of right and left belt-like cut-out parts extending in the width direction from the vicinities of the connection portions on both side parts toward the vicinity of the center in the width direction, are formed in a waist expanding-contracting part of the front body or the rear body of the underpants type disposable diaper. One of the cut-out parts extends toward the outside in the width direction, while either the end part of the connection portion side or the end part of the central part side is left as it is.
