A combined feeding bottle cap and rattle comprising a generally cylindrical hollow body, a semi-spherical dome disposed on the central top portion of said cylindrical hollow body, a circular base provided at lower portion of said cylindrical hollow body, a circular planar member provided at the upper and lower portions of said cylindrical hollow body defining an upper chamber within said semi-spherical dome, and a lower chamber provided in between said circular planar members, said lower circular planar member being provided with a central opening thereof, a central upstanding member projecting upwardly from said central opening, a semi-spherical end provided at the terminal end of said central upstanding member, a plurality of rattling balls provided in said upper chamber and a plurality of rings provided in said lower chamber.
