A combined water filled baby teether and rattle comprising a generally circular hollow main body being provided with a plurality of arcuated embossment thereof, a pair of opposing U-shaped handles extending outwardly therefrom, a plurality of circular embossments provided around said U-shaped handles, a circular depression provided centrally of said main body defining a circular flange inwardly thereof, a pair of opposed circular hollow shells mounted respectively on top and at the bottom of said depression, and a plurality of rattling balls confined within said circular hollow shells.
