The construction of a combined feeding bottle cap, rattle and game device comprising a generally conically shaped hollow body having a semi-spherical upper end, defined by a pair of spaced outer shell and inner shell, a space provided between the walls of said outer and inner shells, a horizontal bottom wall sealing said space, an opening centrally of said bottom wall, a circular skirt projecting downwardly from said conical shaped hollow body, a plurality of rings superposed in said space and mounted along the walls of said inner shells, a hole provided to each of said rings and a plurality of colored rattling balls freely disposed respectively on top of said plurality of rings and being made to pass through said holes.
