PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dementia therapeutic drug, a drink and food, and an agent for skin, which have an excellent improvement/mitigation/therapeutic effect suitable for symptoms associated with the elderly and a dementia patient.SOLUTION: In a dementia therapeutic drug, a drink and food, and an agent for skin, ferulic acid, a cacao/cacao oil and fat component, and one or more kinds selected from rare sugars (D-psicose/D-allose) are formulated. By continuous intake, there are effects that improvement in cognitive function is expected and that a calm mental condition can be kept.
