The invention relates to a method of preparing a composition, the composition comprising a crosslinked first polymer, optionally a second polymer, which may be crosslinked or non-crosslinked, and water, wherein the first and the second polymer are selected from a polysaccharide, comprising at least steps (i) to (iv): (i) crosslinking a mixture comprising the first polymer and water； (ii) subsequent to the crosslinking in step (i), terminating the crosslinking； (iii) optionally blending the product obtained in step (ii) with the second polymer； (iv) subjecting the product obtained in step (iii) to dialysis.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition, la composition comprenant un premier polymère réticulé, facultativement un second polymère, qui peut être réticulé ou non réticulé, et de l'eau, le premier et le second polymère étant sélectionnés à partir d'un polysaccharide, comprenant au moins les étapes (i) à (iv) consistant à : (i) réticuler un mélange comprenant le premier polymère et de l'eau ； (ii) après la réticulation dans l'étape (i), interrompre la réticulation ； (iii) mélanger facultativement le produit obtenu dans l'étape (ii) avec le second polymère ； (iv) soumettre le produit obtenu dans l'étape (iii) à une dialyse.
