PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly product which is excellent in shelf life in which, a quality of a jelly product suitable for deglutition can be maintained even when it is stored in a long term, with consideration of water-releasing property.SOLUTION: There is provided a jelly product comprising a container 11 in which a jelly 5 is sealed. The jelly 5 contains a gelatinization agent containing LM pectin, agar and other thickening polysaccharide, and a gelatinization promotor, and in the jelly, water-releasing property is substantially zero.
