PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-concentration hydrogen solution and a method for producing a gel containing hydrogen gas using the high-concentration hydrogen solution.SOLUTION: The method for producing the high-concentration hydrogen solution comprises: pulverizing a hydrogen-absorbable substance into a fine powder and uniformly mixing the same into a solvent in a sealed container； feeding hydrogen gas into the sealed container and increasing the pressure inside the sealed container to atmospheric pressure or higher, thereby increasing solubility of hydrogen； returning the pressure inside the sealed container to atmospheric pressure, thereby producing fine bubbles of hydrogen gas in the sealed container； and adsorbing the fine bubbles onto the hydrogen-absorbable substance. The gel can be produced by adding a gelling agent during adsorption of the bubbles.【課題】 高濃度の水素溶液を製造する方法とこの高濃度水素溶液から水素ガスを含んだゲルを製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】水素を吸着できる物質を微細粉末化して密閉容器内の溶媒に均一に混合し、次いで密閉容器内に水素ガスを供給するとともに密閉容器内を大気圧以上に加圧して水素の溶解度を高め、この後密閉容器内を大気圧に戻すことで密閉容器内に水素ガスの微細気泡を発生せしめ、この微細気泡を前記水素を吸着できる物質に吸着させ、更にゲルにするには気泡が吸着されている間にゲル化剤を添加する。【選択図】 図１
