PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new oxygen-absorbable multilayer molded container for medical use, which suppresses generation of low molecular weight organic compounds after the container absorbs oxygen, which has excellent oxygen barrier performance, which keeps strength even after long-term preservation, which has small amounts of impurities to be eluted therefrom, and which exhibits excellent oxygen absorption performance under a wide range of humidity conditions from low humidity to high humidity.SOLUTION: The oxygen-absorbable multilayer molded container for medical use has at least three layers of: a first resin layer containing polyolefin at the least an oxygen absorption layer which contains a polyamide compound and a transition metal catalyst and comprises an oxygen-absorbable resin composition and a second resin layer containing the polyolefin at the least in this order.
