PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exothermic device having high plasticity and easily following irregularity of a body.SOLUTION: An exothermic device 10 includes: an adhesive layer 2 for being stuck to the skin an exothermic layer consisting of an exothermic composition 1 and an air-permeable sheet 3. The exothermic layer is directly disposed on one surface of the adhesive layer, and the air-permeable sheet covers the exothermic layer and is joined with the adhesive layer at peripheral portions. An air is taken from the air-permeable sheet to cause an oxidizable metal to generate heat, and warm heat is planarly applied to the skin via the adhesive layer.
