PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal cleanser that is excellent in cleansing effects such as a sebum removal effect as well as feeling at use such as sense of adhesion to the skin upon application or texture of the skin after cleansing.SOLUTION: The thermal cleanser comprises (A) aluminum corn starch octenylsuccinate, (B) oil gelling agent, (C) an anhydride of an inorganic acid salt and (D) a surfactant.
