The present invention relates to conjugates consisting of a drug moiety agent and a cell binding agent that targets fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (gffr3). These conjugates have therapeutic use when they are designed and tailored to target a specific cell population and release a powerful cytotoxin within the cell.
