PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to exert output control against the intention of a user even if an output adjustment member is moved minutely in a motor control device of an electric reel.SOLUTION: A control system 27 controls a motor 12 of the electric reel. The control system 27 comprises an output adjustment member 5, and a motor control section 84. The output adjustment member 5 is provided on a reel body 1 so as to be movable and is a member for adjusting the output of the motor 12. The motor control section 84 is able to adjust the output of the motor 12 in at least two steps, which are N (N is a natural number) and (N+1) according to the position of movement of the output adjustment member 5. A first increase position in which the motor control section 84 increases the output of the motor 12 according to movement of the output adjustment member 5 from N to (N+1) and a first decrease position in which the motor control section decreases the output of the motor according to movement from (N+1) to N are separate from each other by a predetermined distance in the direction of movement of the output adjustment member 5.
