PURPOSE: A composition and health functional food containing red ginseng, mixed lactic acid bacteria, and oligosaccharides are provided to improve the adsorption rate of the red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A composition contains 0.1-5wt% of red ginseng, 7.5wt% of mixed lactic acid bacteria, and 10wt% of oligosaccharides in powder form. The mixed lactic acid bacteria include more than two kinds of probiotics lactic bacterium strains contained in Lactobacillus or Bifidobacterium. The oligosaccharides are fructo-oligosaccharides. The composition additionally contains sitologically acceptable vitamins, minerals, sweeteners, or flavoring agents.
