The present invention relates to a composition for promoting the absorption of ginseng saponin using synbiotics and, more specifically, to a composition for promoting the bioabsorption of ginseng saponin, containing one or more lactic acid bacteria selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium longum, and Bifidobacterium brevis, dead lactic acid bacteria, and prebiotics as active ingredients. The composition of the present invention is effective in increasing the bio-absorption rate of saponin by converting Rb1, Rg1, and Rc, which are hardly absorbed into the body, into Rg3 and compound K, which are well absorbed into the body.본 발명은 synbiotics를 이용한 인삼 사포닌 흡수 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 락토바실러스 플랜타럼(Lactobacillus plantarum), 비피도박테리엄 롱검(Bifidobacterium longum) 및 비피도박테리움 브레비스(Bifidobacterium brevis)로 이루어진 군에서 하나이상 선택된 유산균, 유산균 사균체, 프리바이오틱스(prebiotics)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 인삼 사포닌 생체 흡수 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 조성물은 사포닌 성분들 중, 체내에 흡수가 안되는 Rb1, Rg1, Rc를 체내에 흡수가 잘 되는 Rg3, Compond K로 전환시킴으로서, 사포닌의 생체 흡수율을 증가시키는데 효과적이다.
