The purpose of the present invention is to provide a roll baler which can reduce a noise in a roll forming unit, and ensure a crop, picked up from a pick-up unit, to be returned to the roll forming unit such that a role bale is formed. The roll baler (1) has the roll forming unit (5) which is configured to have an endless transporting unit (3) and a roller (4) wherein the endless transporting unit (3) is disposed to be extended into a rear side over a lower end (B) of a rotation center (C) of the roll forming unit (5), and a plurality of rollers (4) having arc-shape are provided from the rear side of the endless transporting unit (3). In addition, a crop which is transported up to the rear end of the endless transporting unit (3), is pushed by the roller (4) and lifted upward by means of rotation by the roller (4), and thereby, a small roll (71) in an initial state is formed due to self-weight of the crop and the rotation by the roller (4). [해결 수단] 롤 베일러(1)의 롤 성형부(5)를 무단 반송부(3)와 롤러(4)에 의해서 구성하고, 해당 무단 반송부(3)를 상기 롤 성형부(5)에서의 회전 중심(C)의 하단부(B)를 넘는 후방 위치까지 마련함과 아울러, 해당 무단 반송부(3)의 후방으로부터 원호 모양으로 복수의 롤러(4)를 마련하도록 한다. 그리고, 무단 반송부(3)의 후단측까지 반송된 작물을 롤러(4)에 밀어 붙임과 아울러, 그 롤러(4)의 회전에 의해서 상측으로 밀어 올리며, 이에 작물의 자중과 롤러(4)의 회전에 의해서 자전시켜, 초기 상태의 작은 롤(71)을 성형한다. 그리고, 차례로 반송되어 오는 작물에 의해서 롤(71)을 크게 한다.
