A combined baler/bale wrapper (1) comprises a chassis (3) supported on ground engaging wheels (5), a baler (6) mounted forwardly on the chassis (3), and a two-axis bale wrapper (7) mounted on the chassis (3) rearwardly of the baler (6) for wrapping a bale from the baler (6). The baler (6) comprises a lower part (9) comprising spaced apart opposite lower fixed wall segments (20) and lower moveable wall segments (21) and a plurality of bale rotating rollers (15) extending between the lower fixed and moveable wall segments (20,21). An upper part (10) comprising a pair of spaced apart upper moveable wall segments (19) having bale rotating rollers (15) extending therebetween is pivotally coupled about a first pivot axis (22) to the lower first part (9) between first and second states to define a bale forming chamber (12) of respective different volumes to produce cylindrical bales of respective different diameters. A bridging roller (25) which is carried on a pair of spaced apart carrier plate members (26) is urgeable from an idle state when the bale forming chamber (12) is of the first volume into a bridging state when the bale forming chamber (12) is of the second volume bridging between the first and second parts so that the bridging roller (25) defines with the bale rotating rollers (15) of the first and second parts (9,10) the bale forming chamber (12) of the second volume.
