Provided is a safer and more effective method for controlling ectoparasites parasitic on the body surface of fish. It is a method for controlling ectoparasites of marine fish by low-concentration hydrogen peroxide solution, characterized by immersing in 30 to 150 ppm hydrogen peroxide solution for 15 minutes or more. Cover the side of the ginger net with a sheet to keep the seawater inside, and put hydrogen peroxide into the seawater inside the ginger in an amount that will result in a calculated average concentration of 30 ppm to 150 ppm.
