PURPOSE:To excite the ionized molecule of liquid and to stabilize the activation by sticking closely the plural hollow discoid permanent magnets magnetized in the axial directions so that the homopoles are mutually touched to both a parallel axis and a vertical axis and coating the whole parts thereof with a nonmagnetic body. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle type hollow cylindrical apparatus is constituted by sticking closely the plural hollow discoid permanent magnets magnetized in the axial directions so that the homopoles are mutually touched to both a parallel axis and a vertical axis. When the fluid is passed through a nozzle part of this apparatus, the ionized molecules of fluid are excited by the interaction between the magnetic moment of liquid ion and the magnetic field and made to the stable activated state. When fluid is passed through the hollow part of the nozzle, the magnetic dipole of fluid discharges the kinetic energy as the electromagnetic wave while repeating the vibration of the polar axes when fluid is passed through the different magnetic field and thereby the effect is given to the growth and the breeding of microorganism.
