PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify positioning of an inner wrapper with respect to a front-side outer wrapper belt-like body and a rear-side outer wrapper belt-like body and positioning when superposing the front-side outer wrapper belt-like body and the rear-side outer wrapper belt-like body.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an underpants-type disposable diaper includes: a step of forming a front-side stretchable band 12F and a rear-side stretchable band 12B an inner wrapper assembling step of, after manufacturing an inner wrapper 200, assembling a folded inner wrapper 200 by folding the inner wrapper in the longitudinal direction so as to superpose the surfaces in a single state an inner wrapper fitting step of, while conveying the folded inner wrapper 200 in such an attitude as to set the width direction thereof to an MD direction, at some interval apart from each other, clamping the inner wrapper from both front/rear side by the front-side stretchable band 12F and the rear-side stretchable band 12B, and bonding the folded inner wrapper 200, the front-side stretchable band 12F and the rear-side stretchable band 12B and a lateral bonding/cut-out step of bonding the front-side stretchable band 12F and the rear-side stretchable band 12B at parts to become both sides of a diaper, cutting the front-side stretchable band 12F and the rear-side stretchable band 12B at a boundary of respective diapers, and providing an individual diaper.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
