The present invention relates to a beanstalk containing a high content of isoflavone derivatives, and to a method for preparing the same. More specifically, by confirming that the content of the isoflavone derivatives is remarkably increased in the beanstalk treated with ethylene, the method for preparing a beanstalk containing a high content of isoflavone derivatives and the beanstalk containing the high content of isoflavone derivatives prepared by using the same can be usefully used as a functional food and a pharmaceutical material for diseases caused by estrogen imbalance and a deficiency in antioxidant activity.본 발명은 이소플라본 유도체 고함량 콩줄기 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 에틸렌을 처리한 콩줄기에서 이소플라본 유도체의 함량이 현저하게 증가하는 것을 확인함으로써, 상기 이소플라본 유도체 고함량 콩줄기 제조방법 및 이를 이용해 제조된 이소플라본 유도체 고함량 콩줄기는 에스트로겐 불균형 및 항산화능 결핍에 기인한 질환용 기능성 식품 및 의약소재로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
