PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medicines (medicinal compositions, and foods and drinks) that effectively act to glucose tolerance disorders hard to treat with conventional pharmaceutical preparations, and have high safety.SOLUTION: There are provided medicines for glucose tolerance disorders containing at least one branched chain amino acid of leucine, isoleucine and valine as the active ingredient. The medicine can treat and prevent glucose tolerance disorders such as diabetes.
