PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sprout cultivation methods and sprout cultivation kits which can cultivate sprouts easily.SOLUTION: A sprout cultivation method comprises transferring a compost 1 and seeds 2 in a cultivation amount of one time packed in a small bag 5 into a cultivation container 3, shaking the container to float the seeds on the upper side of the compost, watering the compost and seeds, and allowing the seeds to be sprouted and raising seedlings within the container.
