The present invention relates to a food composition containing Dpp protein originated from silkworm as an active ingredient for the prevention and treatment of bone-related diseases. The present invention provides a food composition for the prevention and treatment of bone-related diseases containing Dpp protein originated from silkworm which contains the amino acid sequence with the sequence number 2 or a base sequence with the sequence number 2 for coding the amino acid sequence.
