PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly and uniformly cauterize a treatment region even in a situation that a position and a posture are restricted.SOLUTION: A laser treatment device 100 comprises: an oblong insertion section 1 an optical fiber 4 arranged in the insertion section 1 a light source section 9 for supplying measurement light which is constant in intensity and treatment light which is substantially periodically time-variable in intensity to a base end of the optical fiber 4, a scanning section 8 for scanning the treatment light or the measurement light which is emitted from a tip 4a by vibrating the tip 4a of the optical fiber 4, and radiated to an organism from a tip of the insertion section 1 in a treatment region a light detection section 10 for detecting reflected light from the treatment region of the measurement light and a control section 11 for sequentially supplying the measurement light and the treatment light to the optical fiber 4 from the light source section 9 and scanning them in the treatment region.
