PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical diagnosis apparatus which can obtain not only functions of shielding and transmitting light from a light source but also functions of shielding and transmitting light to an optical measuring instrument by a simple configuration and can be used in combination with various endoscope devices.SOLUTION: An optical diagnosis apparatus connected to a probe insertable through a channel of an endoscope includes a light source, an optical measuring instrument which performs optical measurement to received light, and a rotatable rotary body. The rotary body has a plurality of concentric annular regions and, in different annular regions, intersects a light path between the light source and an insertion part of the endoscope and a light path between the insertion part and a spectroscope.
