PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is more comfort when in use by preventing liquid from returning to the skin, and which visually hides stains of menstrual blood etc. on the absorbent article after use.SOLUTION: The absorbent article has a surface sheet, a back sheet, and an absorber between the sheets. The surface sheet includes a nonwoven fabric, has fusion points at the intersections where fibers that constitute the nonwoven fabric come in contact with each other, and has ink gathering points formed near the fusion points of the nonwoven fabric.
