PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is used comfortably without a sticky feeling.
SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 is vertically long and is equipped with a front sheet 10 on a skin abutting surface side. The front sheet 10 is constituted of a nonwoven fabric having both rib parts 20 and groove parts 30 which extend in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 1 alternately and opening holes 31 in the groove part 30, and the nonwoven fabric has constituent fibers with a contact angle of 60-85°. A low-density sheet 12 which has a fiber density lower than the groove part 30 is arranged to be adjacent to the front sheet 10 on a skin non-abutting surface side of the front sheet 10. Preferably, the fiber density in the rib part 20 is higher than that of the groove part 30.
