The chain lifts the mixing container while the mixing container and the pendulum lift to the reverse direction according to the rotation of a second driving motor. The guider lifts along a guide groove which is vertically formed in left and right vertical frames (12,12). The A guide roll inside the left and right vertical frames and a guide roll of both sides of the mixing container are guided to the guide groove which is vertically formed.
