PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel skin cosmetic which hardly generates flaking, has a dry touch feeling without little sticky, can be provided continuous moisture feeling from immediately after applying, has a good putting on makeup feeling, hardly causes makeup running, and further, which is excellent in a wrinkle-improving effect, while having a good compatibility to the skin when directly applied to the skin.SOLUTION: A gel skin cosmetic contains 0.1-1 mass% of a component (A), 0.5-15 mass% of a component (B), 0.1-5 mass% of a component (C), 10-30 mass% of a component (D), 0.05-0.6 mass% of a component (E), and 0.1-1 mass% of a component (F), as following (A)-(F): (A) silicone elastomer (B) silicone oil whose viscosity in 25°C is 2-100 mm/s (C) any ester oil which is a liquid at 25°C, hydrocarbon, or fats and oils (D) polyhydric alcohol of carbon numbers 3-6 (E) copolymer of sodium acrylate or acrylic-acids hydroxyethyl, and acryloyl dimethyltaurine sodium (F) carboxyvinyl polymer or alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer.
