PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed rice food packaging material which prevents the thickness of an external sheet from being partially increased and easily enlarges the region of the external sheet to be cut off.SOLUTION: The external sheet includes an incised part formed of the region inside the periphery linearly incised so as to intersect with a one-side virtual line. The region on one end side in the longer direction from the intersection of the incised part and the one-side virtual line can be incised on the one-side virtual line. The end of the incised part located outside a pair of virtual lines is formed on the other end side in the longer direction of the external sheet from the intersection of the one-side virtual line and the incised part.
