PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of following movement of a wearer, rich in sufficient fitting property, suppressing occurrence of wrinkle and twisting, and excellent in wearing feeling.SOLUTION: A liquid non-permeable rear face sheet 2 is formed of a stretchable sheet capable of being stretched in a longer direction of a sanitary napkin 1, and comprises on a main body part in which at least an absorber 4 is interposed: stretchable parts 10 in which stretch force of the stretchable sheet acts； and non-stretchable parts 11 in which non-stretch processing is performed to the stretchable sheet, thereby eliminating stretch force of the stretchable sheet, which are alternately arranged in the longer direction of the sanitary napkin 1. On both sides of the main body part, flap parts in which the absorber 4 is not interposed, are provided.
