The present invention relates to a herbal composition for promoting hair growth, including about 65% to 75% by weight of rice wine, about 20% to 25% by weight of pepper, about 0.9% to about 1.1% by weight of maltiflower knotweed, about 0.5% to about 1.0% by weight of nettles, about 0.5% to about 1.0% by weight of lavender, about 0.2% to about 0.7% by weight of comfrey, about 1.0% to about 2.0% by weight of ginseng extracts, about 0.5% to about 1.0% by weight of ginkgo biloba extracts, about 0.3% to about 0.8% by weight of mulberry extracts and about 0.5% to about 1.0% by weight of Aloe extracts.
