The present Invention relates to a Comprehensive System for Osteoarthritis detection, analysis and rehabilitation based on� efficient SEMG signals .It is related with the development of a robotic system based on EMG (Electromyography) signal extraction from the affected leg muscles, majorly the thigh/calf muscles and its study and prognosis to understand how the signals are related to osteoarthritis and if the symptoms of the same exist or not. The present invention consists of an indigenously developed software/Graphical user Interface (GUI) with hardware for EMG signal extraction. The section picks up logs and analyses the signals for abnormality in the behavior of the muscles of a normal man and any osteoarthritis affected man to concluded whether osteoarthritis exists or not. It further extends to estimation of the extent of the damage without intrusion in the human body. The setup provides an active/passive wearable robotic setup that tries to rehabilitate the knee back to the original shape. This setup aligns the knee, precisely the lower end of femur and the upper end of tibiafibula such that the normal spacing between the two is restored and synovial fluid flow is also replenished.
