The present invention provides dasik and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of dasik mixes a second mixture obtained by mixing starch syrup, sugar, and water with a first mixture obtained by mixing bean powder, pumpkin seed powder, perilla seed powder, mixed grain powder, flaxseed powder, seaweed powder, kelp powder, anchovy powder, laver powder, red pepper powder, and ginger powder and then boiling the mixture to prepare dough, inserts the prepared dough into a mold and shapes the dough, then coats a portion of an outer portion of the shaped material or the entire surface of the shaped material with starch syrup water, then coats the shaped material coated with the starch syrup water with a garnish, and naturally dries the shaped material to manufacture dasik. A process of using a flame to bake, steam, or roast food is omitted to manufacture dasik to reduce manufacturing time by product production, save energy, and reduce carbon dioxide discharge to prevent global warming. The process is simplified to reduce manufacturing costs. Flour is not used at all to consume balanced nutrients without concentrating on carbohydrates. Economic profits can be promoted by application to various products such as dumplings, stew, rice case, bread, hamburgers, and pizzas.본 발명은 다식 및 그의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명은 콩가루, 호박씨 가루, 들깨 가루, 미숫가루, 아마씨 가루, 미역 가루, 다시마 가루, 멸치 가루, 김가루, 고추가루 및 생강가루를 혼합한 제 1 혼합물에, 물엿과 설탕과 물을 혼합한 후 끓인 제 2 혼합물을 혼합하여 반죽물을 준비하고, 상기 준비된 반죽물을 틀에 넣고 성형한 후, 상기 성형된 성형물의 외부의 일부 또는 전면에 물엿물을 바른 후, 상기 물엿물을 바른 성형물 외곽에 고명을 묻히고, 자연 건조시켜 다식을 제조함으로써, 불을 사용하여 굽거나 찌거나 볶거나 하는 공정을 생략하여 다식을 제조함에 따라 제품 생산에 따른 제조 시간을 줄이며 에너지 절약 및 이산화탄소 배출을 줄여 지구 온난화를 방지하며, 공정을 단순화하여 제조 원가를 절감하며, 밀가루를 전혀 사용하지 않아 탄수화물에 편중되지 않고 고른 영양을 섭취할 수 있으며, 만두, 지짐이, 떡, 빵, 햄버거, 피자 등의 다양한 제품에 적용하여 경제적 이익을 도모할 수 있다.
